Jim has been entered in the corn category of the 3-H program. (The three Hs standing for Heartland, Home and Horses.)
This, of course, is not to be confused with the 4-H youth program, which has a long history in this country. Their first club was called “The Tomato Club” or the “Corn Growing Club.” Their clover emblem was created in 1910 and the four Hs stand for Head, Heart, Hands and Health. You can learn about 4-H’s history, current programs or find a local club at: http://www.4-h.org/
